At Clear Spa Co., we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Due to the nature of spa chemicals and hygiene products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item(s)

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


Change of Mind

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days, provided the item is:

  • Unused
  • Unopened
  • In original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service
